Graphene is a 2D material that has been widely researched for its potential as gas-sensing material, but environment-sensitive electronic properties have limited use in practical applications. In this work, graphene chemi-resistive sensor first integrated with 3D-printed fused silica chamber an internal volume of 50 µl. The adsorption film are then regenerated using ultraviolet illumination. We shown work response towards the target acetone sample can be regained successfully after more than 2 months operation UV sensor's at room temperature direct on-chip injection vapor ranging from 5 ppm to 1,000 was studied and data linearly fitted. wide dynamic used demonstrate usability soil testing detected 11 ppm, 20 ∼605 artificially spiked samples. conclusion, our new gas extremely robust, provides repeatable results long-term operation, offers route injection.
